aku nk kurus!!!!but,,HOW?


ermmm....

aku teringin betul nk KURUS!!
adoii...
tp,,mcm mana nk turunkan berat dgn cara paling mudah & cepat eyh...
selain dr control makan ada cara lain lagi x???

suggestions please!!!

hi peanut...how r u?
nina amalkan makan nasi 1x sehari (waktu lunch), malam mkn roti + susu + fruits/salads. tp in between meal time tu, nina snack on biskut or minum nesvita, bagi rase kenyang.

p/s: diet jgn sampai tak makan, sbb nnt bila dah makan, kita akan double up quantity makanan tu.

Iboh mkn nasik n jogging tiap ari yunk. cam mek mun makey kaedah gya..cpt jak nurun..hehehe

nektok mek tgh berdiet juak. bdn mek dh nait 4kg...huhu
